A life-long student of movement, Ashley first began her study of body mechanics with gymnastics. This provided her a strong foundation and awareness of the benefits of repetition, practice, strength building, flexibility and healing, which gave way to a sense of peace and satisfaction through movement for her. As an adult, Ashley spent a decade incorporating Pilates into her movement regime, beginning with a simple Mat class, then expanding her practice in New York City with reformer classes at the Kane School of Core Integration. This experience inspired her love of biomechanics as well as a mentorship with Kelly Kane. Back in Los Angeles Ashley continued her studies with Risa Sheppard at Sheppard Method Pilates. Ashley's holistic approach to Pilates mixes wellness with an athletic workout and functional movement. She loves leading her clients through the fundaments of human form and inspiring awareness, ease and release in the body which furthers proper alignment, confidence and strength for those who practice with her.

Ashley’s movement certifications also include cycling and DaRulk: Raw Functional Training (RFT). She is also experienced and passionate about working with osteoporosis, scoliosis, diastasis recti, pre and post-natal clients.
